Summer is pretty much over for this guy! We spent Saturday getting registered for high school band and it wasn’t as bad as it looked. Only an hour and a half in the line but at the end of the line was uniform fittings! My band nerd:) It’s seriously what they call themselves. When I had them in orchestra they referred to themselves as “Orch Dorks!” He will be embedded in marching band the next 3 weeks honing his mad tuba skills. (they march with something else like a euphonium or a sousaphone…but I get a mental block about that) Since I was never in band I am so tempted to pull out my preschool and early elementary mommy spy disguise and grab lunch and eat it in my car hidden from view watching them play:) Only thing is …his school is surrounded by cow pastures! Hummm…wonder if the chick fil a cow costume will fit my mini?
